Three-year-old Chi Nanqing discovered something awful: two monsters had taken over the bodies of his beloved parents.

If Chi Nanqing accepted them, his real parents would never come back!

As a good son, Chi Nanqing did his best to help his parents defeat... evil! Yes, defeat evil!

The parenting variety show "My Baby" had a strange little boy on it. He had an angelic face but an aloof, eccentric temperament. The actress and CEO couple were gentle and attentive, but the odd child ignored them completely. Watching this, the online crowd was outraged:

[Chi Nanqing is so difficult. Can he even handle this? If not, get someone else!]

[I came to watch parents and children bond, not to see parents serve their son like an emperor!]

[Tsk tsk, the other families must hate him too, right?]

But then:

When viewers cursed at the child, the director defended him like a protective parent: "What do you know? Little Chi is such a good kid!"

The other couple, an award-winning actor and a CEO, were unhappy with their "friends": "Are you sure Xiao Qing is your son?"

The show's little tyrant smashed through the fake mom's defenses and shouted angrily, "Chi Xiao Qing, who made you cry?!"

The viewers were baffled. This wasn't quite what they'd expected, so they kept watching.

Then one day, the fake parents insisted on taking Chi Nanqing to the beach to watch the sunset and eat barbecue, all to highlight their loving family bond. Chi Nanqing desperately shook his head when his fake dad tried to feed him seafood.

[There he goes again. Why does Chi Nanqing always refuse things from CEO Chi?]

Before the haters could start piling on, the actress's expression suddenly changed. She briskly slapped the CEO into the distance and shouted furiously, "You bastard, don't you know my son is allergic to seafood?!"

Chi Nanqing's eyes lit up. "Mom!"

The innocent CEO who'd taken the blame covered his face as he got back up. "I'm sorry, honey."

The viewers watching the livestream were dumbfounded. [Huh?! This just got interesting! (Excited voice)]
