My Little Dog Is Back

Sunny Puppy x Cool and World-Weary

[1]

In middle school, an illness caused Wu Yue's eyesight to deteriorate rapidly, forcing her to give up the drawing she loved. Her guide dog, Doudou, helped her through that difficult time and taught her how to adapt to a blurry world.

After graduation, she joined a literary magazine as a text editor.

[2]

The guide dog who had been by Wu Yue's side for ten years passed away.

She sank into another slump.

That is, until a new illustrator, Jin Jiayang, joined the company.

The moment Wu Yue's fingertips touched one of his illustrations, her vision suddenly cleared.

She looked up and saw the man all her coworkers had been talking about: blond, fair-skinned, long-legged, broad-shouldered, tall, with a slim waist and smiling, flirtatious eyes.

After testing it several times, Wu Yue discovered that the miraculous restoration of her eyesight when she touched his art happened only to her.

[3]

Jin Jiayang was her new roommate.

At work, he was a bright, lively little sun. At home, he was a considerate homemaker who took care of all the chores.

The pipes in their apartment sprang a leak.

Wu Yue received the notice from the property manager, but Jin Jiayang took time off to deal with it.

Their coworkers gossiped about the two of them.

Jin Jiayang replied:

"She's my owner."

Until the very last moment of his life as a dog, Doudou the guide dog never stopped worrying about Wu Yue. He prayed countless times that if he had another life, he could be Wu Yue's eyes again, and this time, forever.

Later, his wish came true.

He became human and once again became her eyes.

Jin Jiayang spent his whole life carrying out the mission of a guide dog.

Love her forever. Protect her. Run to her. Be passionate and loyal.

* One-on-one romance, both each other's first love, both sexually inexperienced

* The heroine has low vision. Touching the hero's illustrations temporarily restores her sight.

* The hero is a guide dog reborn as a human. The story opens after his rebirth, and he never appears in dog form in the novel, only as a human. The romance between the leads develops after he is reborn as a human.
