A Mundane Love Story

Xia Ye injured himself at work and was left with a limp in one leg.

The boss ran off, and after receiving some slapdash treatment, Xia Ye was discharged from the hospital.

His childhood friend, who had promised to "marry" him, sent him a breakup letter too.

Now that Xia Ye had become a burden, his uncle put a wig on him, dressed him in women's clothes, and sent him to marry Chen Ye in his cousin's place.

Chen Ye was a cook. Rumor had it that he was huge, brutish, and terrifying, but couldn't perform.

A mean cook and a poor cripple.

By all appearances, it was a vulgar story with nothing much to recommend it.

Later, when customers at the restaurant asked about the story of the owner and his "wife," Xia Ye described it the same way. The customers disagreed, saying it was clearly a love story.

Xia Ye and Chen Ye just smiled softly from the side.

Then let it be a vulgar love story.

Reader's guide:

1. Chen Ye is the top, and Xia Ye is the bottom.

2. The rumor that Chen Ye can't perform is false. He's gay.

3. Xia Ye will undergo rehabilitation for his leg again, but it won't fully recover.

4. The main plot is probably about running a restaurant. Yes, there's food in it too, haha.
