How Do I Deal with My Wife, the God of Calamity?

Blurb:

After being sealed for a thousand years, you, a notorious evil god throughout the vast worlds, finally escape through a rift in space and time.

The world is in the age of spiritual qi revival, with ghosts roaming at night and supernatural incidents happening all the time.

After escaping, you get lucky and take over the body of a young man who just kicked the bucket.

The young man is a half-demon Rakshasa ghost, a creature known for what?

They feast on the living and torment evil ghosts. Men are hideous, women are stunning, and everyone wants them dead.

Since all the young man has going for him is his face, he carefully hides his half-demon identity and makes a living by dressing as a woman and posting suggestive content on a livestreaming platform.

You: ...It's just women's clothes, right? Fine!

After swallowing your pride and putting on women's clothes, you discover that your neighbor is the reincarnation of the foul Daoist who sealed you, now the deputy director of the Bureau of Anomaly Adjudication.

You: Good. I've finally caught you. You'll pay for deceiving me, body and heart!

Chu Xin is the deputy director of the Bureau of Anomaly Adjudication, responsible for handling all kinds of supernatural incidents.

He's taciturn, expressionless, and devoid of all affect. With his Kunwu blade, he slays demons and monsters. His reputation as a killer has countless great demons trembling in fear.

His murderous aura scares off every woman he meets on his blind dates. His coworkers joke that he'll spend his whole life with nothing but his blade for company.

One day, Chu Xin hears a knock at the door. When he opens it, he finds a beautiful young woman looking pitifully at him.

The young beauty's eyes brim with tears. “Hey, could you help me? I think there's something dirty in my house.”

As Chu Xin looks at the girl before him, it seems a seed has silently begun to sprout in his heart.

The deputy director of the Bureau of Anomaly Adjudication has finally found himself a wife, and the old director weeps with joy at the news.

Though Chu Xin's wife is just an ordinary person, frail and helpless, she's beautiful, pure, and adorable. The usually expressionless deputy director can't help showing tenderness in his eyes whenever he looks at her.

Until one day, a great demon that likes to eat women kidnaps Chu Xin's wife and makes an utterly shameless boast: “Your wife is so nice, so smooth and soft.”

That day, Chu Xin's powers run wild, and his blade slays every demon within a ten-mile radius.

When Chu Xin charges into the demon's lair, blade in hand, he sees his frail and helpless wife ripping off the great demon's head with her bare hands, surrounded by a ghastly aura.

“Have you gotten too cocky, or can I no longer wield my blade?”

The aura around her... is clearly that of an evil god!

Coworkers: ∑(っ °Д °;)っ Is this the frail and helpless wife you were talking about?

Reader's Note:

1. Gloomy, ghostly female-presenting pursuer x expressionless, affectless, cool guy being pursued.

I want to write a gloomy, ghostly female-presenting pursuer. Though she's a “female ghost,” the pursuer is a man. A man, that's my thing.

2. Past and present lives, loving each other while fighting each other.
