Magical Boy Natsume-chan [Anime Crossover]

Magic Book: Oh, young maiden! (Ugh, no, let's start over.)

*

Magic Book: "Oh, young man, did you drop this book imbued with magic, or this magic wand that can crack your skull open?"

Mr. Cat bursts out and scratches wildly: What kind of awful stuff is this?! Natsume can only have the Book of Friends left behind by Reiko!!!

*

The magic book smacks right into Natsume Takashi's face.

It chuckles. "Sorry, you're bound to me, and there's no way to undo it. Just do me a favor and help me save the world!"

Mr. Cat breaks down again. Natsume tries to comfort him and refuse the book: "Maybe you could bind yourself to someone else. Mr. Cat needs me more."

Magic Book: Sorry, I'm old and hard of hearing. Didn't catch a thing.

*

And so Natsume begins his journey as a magical boy, with Mr. Cat cursing nonstop in his ear.

*

"Wait, what's that?" Mr. Cat suddenly stops. "Why are kindergarten kids saving the world too?!!!"

Nearby, Shin-chan runs past with a huge group in tow.

*

And that's the end of the blurb!

*

Shin-chan barges in: "What? That's way too many words! I can't even read it!"

"Ahem! Can everyone hear me? Good. Since you can, I'll be in charge from here on. Natsume, go left. Kusuo, go right. Sakura, head up front..."

"That's right! Wait for me, I'm coming!"

"Say cheese!"

*

Kusuo Saiki: I could just stay offscreen, you know.

*

Tomoyo Daidouji: Sakura is just as adorable as ever today~

*

All right, without Shin-chan interrupting, the blurb is officially over!
