In reality, Leonard Rosenman isn’t from this world.
He comes from a distant place beyond the stars, carrying a containment facility that has crashed and turned into a little black box. He wanders across the universe, hoping to find a suitable planet where he can awaken the babies inside his box.
Eventually, he arrives on Earth.
