After enduring ten thousand years of hardships, the evil dragon Sisi Li finally reached the pinnacle of dragonhood. He had glory and honor, countless treasures, and a tower a thousand meters tall.

But in the end, even he couldn't escape his family's pressure to marry. “A successful evil dragon needs more than treasures and a tall tower. He needs to kidnap a princess to show off his noble status. That's what makes him a hot commodity on the matchmaking market!”

“Fine. How could I, a successful evil dragon, not have a princess to wait on me? I have to put on this act!”

As far as he could see, the dragon clans had already kidnapped nearly all the princesses in every kingdom. Princesses had somehow become a rare commodity.

As Sisi Li wondered where to find a princess, a flyer drifted by on the street: [Dragons wanted to kidnap a princess]

“Huh? They're paying us, too? I can't pass up an offer like this!”

Dragons had always been hopelessly cheap.

Legend had it that the princess was hideous, so no dragon wanted him.

Sisi Li didn't care about that. All he cared about was the little “dowry” they were offering.

Being kidnapped by a dragon was an honor for any kingdom.

Unfortunately, the capital had princes but no princesses, and other kingdoms were always making fun of them.

One day, a gullible dragon signed a contract for a few measly coins.

When the appointed day arrived, the dragon made a grand show of kidnapping the princess.

Sisi Li locked the princess in his tower. Looking closely, he saw that the princess wasn't nearly as hideous as the rumors claimed. In fact, he was breathtakingly beautiful.

But the princess had been spoiled rotten. Sisi Li had meant to get himself a little servant, only to end up waiting on the princess every day.

And the princess ruined countless matchmaking attempts for him.

Rumor had it that the dragon from the Demon King's castle never brushed his teeth or bathed, and was ugly, fat, and pathetic...

Sisi Li became infamous among decent dragons.

Sisi Li stamped his feet, burst into tears, and flew into a rage. “Waaah! What do you mean by that?”

The beautiful princess smiled but said nothing.

Only later did Sisi Li realize that the princess he'd kidnapped for a bargain was a man, and that the contract he'd signed was a marriage contract.

The hundred-meter dragon cried so hard that his stomping made the earth shake. “No, no! I want to return him!”
