Can a Robot Girl Fall in Love with a Mermaid? [GB]

As a decommissioned android, 009 often had to help her old man with things that "couldn't be done in public."

Today, she took out a pervert who molested children. Tomorrow, she might kill a parasite who embezzled public funds.

009 didn't bleed and couldn't feel pain. A destroyed arm or a broken leg only needed a little repair.

She liked observing real living creatures, and often picked up a whole bunch to take home: butterflies, kittens, puppies...

Oh, and a two-and-a-half-meter-long mermaid.

Handsome, but expensive to keep. His fish tank took up most of her bedroom, which was a real nuisance.

At twenty, merfolk could choose their species.

They could turn their fish tails into legs, never to enter the sea again, or turn their human bodies into fish and live only beneath the sea.

Samuel fell in love with a strange "human" who didn't bleed and couldn't feel pain.

No matter. He was an oddity too, so weren't they made for each other?

Faced with the merboy's confession, 009 gave a cool assessment: "Taking care of you is such a hassle."

He used his abilities to present her with precious treasures, followed her everywhere, and risked his life for her.

Could a mechanical girl fall in love with a mermaid?

Hard to say, but only sincerity can win sincerity.

009 (Yu Jiu) x Samuel

An emotionally stunted mechanical girl skilled at imitation x a passionate, straightforward merboy who loves and hates without reservation
