The Rose Falls [GB]

=

Jian Qin bought a potted rose.

Roses usually wilt in about seven days. She tended to it carefully, but knew she couldn't fight the passage of time.

A week passed in the blink of an eye. Jian Qin picked up the flowerpot to throw it away, but when she looked down, she froze.

The petals were vibrant and dewy, with no sign of wilting.

"Please don't keep staring at me."

The rose shivered its petals, and a faint male voice came from it.

Jian Qin: "...???"

The next day, a handsome man appeared in Jian Qin's home.

From then on, she kept her "beauty" hidden away.

For a while, Qiao Ziyu couldn't maintain his human form consistently.

One day a bud would sprout from his head; the next, several vines would wrap around his arm. Jian Qin didn't dare take him outside.

Later, resilient, slender vines bound the man's wrists, and he couldn't easily break free.

A wicked woman rubbed her chin and summed it up in four words: making full use of him.

Jian Qin x Qiao Ziyu

Radiant beauty x gentle rose spirit
