Rideshare Encounter with My Ex [GB]

=

In her freshman year of college, Yin Nanxi started an online relationship.

Her boyfriend had a low, gentle voice and the mature, older-guy vibe she liked.

On the day they were supposed to meet in person, his high school was holding its graduation ceremony. Yin Nanxi expected to meet a handsome young man in a school uniform.

...Weren't you supposed to be older than me?!

She silently hung up and turned to leave.

She broke things off cleanly and told him to focus on his studies.

Yin Nanxi always took a carpool back to campus. It was far cheaper than hiring a private car.

When she started her sophomore year, she booked a ride as usual and waited for the car. Everything seemed just the same.

But when she opened the rear door this time...

A familiar handsome face greeted her: it was the ex-boyfriend she'd never managed to meet in person, the one she'd dumped.

Yin Nanxi: "..."

Is it still soon enough to get out and cancel the ride?
