The Cursed Technique Is Called Raising Five Little Gojoes

Gojo, the sorcerer trapped inside the Prison Realm, had been passing the long years in a bored stupor. Then one day, he suddenly noticed an opening in the space around him. A hand inexplicably reached through, tossed a hamburger into his arms, and withdrew.

The strongest sorcerer clutched the warm hamburger, completely bewildered. "...Where did that hand come from?!"

At that moment, space inside the Prison Realm began to move, and the strongest sorcerer felt hunger and bitter cold.

So the next day, the hand brought him a heat pack to keep him warm. On the third day, it gave him a plate of sushi and told him to eat up. On the fourth, it brought him a duck game so he wouldn't get bored. The fifth and sixth days went the same way.

Gojo, the strongest sorcerer, suddenly realized: he seemed to have been adopted!

When their relationship reached Lv. 5 and unlocked the visual function, Gojo gazed eagerly at the person who might be able to break the Prison Realm's seal...

In the sky, a chubby little face leaned down to look at him, then smiled sweetly. "Are you my shikigami?"

Looking at the boy above him, who seemed to be only about six years old, Gojo fell silent again.

So, who was taking care of whom here?

The child was too young and kept running into all kinds of strange dangers. Gojo had to be both father and mother, worrying one moment that some bad person might abduct him, and the next that he might get hurt.

The instant Gojo finally burst out of the Prison Realm, he picked up the little boy and scanned the enemies around them with a dangerous gaze. "There, there. Whoever bullied you, I'll beat them up for you."

One day, Asahina Ritsu suddenly awakened to cursed techniques.

His technique was called Shikigami Pet Shop. By raising shikigami, he could gain a powerful boost in strength.

But he was so weak that the only thing he could summon was a chibi, white-haired humanoid shikigami.

Asahina Ritsu sighed. Other people's shikigami were all sorts of gods and monsters, while his just looked weak.

Oh, well. It was his shikigami, after all. He'd raise it for now.

At first, Asahina Ritsu thought he'd adopted a little tyrant.

Later, he realized that the little tyrant had actually been raising him.
