Raising a Sports-Type Demon King

It’s going premium from Chapter 29. Chapters 1–28 will be locked on Sunday, November 5, so if you’ve already read them, please don’t buy them again! "Parallel Lives" is a classic game released by the renowned interstellar gaming company Milufiorre. It has remained hugely popular across the stars, and the tenth installment has just been released. The tenth game focuses on character development. Players can choose any sport and school, then work hard alongside their favorite teammates to win the championship and experience a different kind of youth. As a devoted fan of the game, you naturally bought it and quickly set out on your own road to the championship. First playthrough From complete obscurity to shining among the stars, you are the undisputed ace of diamonds. Second playthrough Volleyball is a sport that always reaches upward. Don’t look down; keep climbing. You are a one-of-a-kind king. Third playthrough Running is a quiet thing. On a track that stretches on without end, you are always alone. The road keeps extending, and you keep running forever. … Each playthrough contains several more playthroughs, with the protagonist growing from weak to strong. Warnings 1. The protagonist’s gender is unknown (the player is genderless!). In an otome game, the player is a woman; in a game aimed at men, the player is a man or fluid. If the story needs it, the player’s gender can even be a helicopter. 2. This story is a slow burn, with plenty of gradual progression early on. 3. The point of view sometimes changes, shifting between second and third person. 4. The Diamond Ace arc’s third-year storyline was cut. It involves the original story’s Inajitsu game, which would be difficult to revise. 5. All sports knowledge and tactics in this story are based on anime, plus bits and pieces of information I’ve found God knows where. I’ve never played baseball or long-distance running myself (I’ve played a little volleyball). I’ve watched a few real matches, but not many, and I’m catching up now. There are lots of errors, so feel free to point them out. Sometimes the plot makes changes difficult, but I’ll fix what I can. 6. Updates are guaranteed every other day, and I won’t abandon the story. New readers should consider carefully, especially after it goes premium.
