How to Make Money with You Are My Literature in Detective Conan

[Synopsis: 9.3]

[Content warnings at the end]

Qiusheng Xunye is a hybrid of Kryptonian and BT108-star species, currently residing on Earth.

Unlike his famous Kryptonian compatriots in Metropolis, he's dirt poor. If he can't buy a long-term Earth residency permit, he'll be deported and sent back to his impoverished home planet to grow potatoes.

To make money and stay on Earth, Qiusheng Xunye decides to build a fortune by writing "What If" stories, using his ability to transmigrate between dimensions...

He starts by drawing inspiration from the people around him.

After receiving a text that reads, "I used to have no choice. Now I just want to be a good person," the top student at the police academy rushes breathlessly to the rooftop, only to see his friend put down his phone and start typing furiously on a keyboard:

[When Zero Finds Out You're a Mole in the Organization]

Zero: ... (rolls up his sleeves)

I'm beating you up right now.

An explosion rocks a high-rise apartment building. The demolition expert races up the building and sees his classmate kick a bomb away, one hand clutching his childhood friend while the other frantically taps at his phone screen:

[When Matsuda Sweetie Finds Out You Risked Your Life to Save Hagiwara]

Matsuda Sweetie: ... (takes off his sunglasses)

His fists suddenly clench.

Someone blocks a bullet with their palm. Rye and Scotland turn toward the newcomer, only to see a masked weirdo deflect the bullet, spread paper across the rooftop wall, and start writing:

[When You Get Shot Saving Hiro in Front of Rye]

Hiro: ... This feels so familiar.

Is that you, Xunye? It's been years. Haven't you made enough money yet?

Someone props up the collapsed buildings in Shibuya. The Strongest leaps onto the rubble and sees his junior effortlessly supporting a steel pipe with one shoulder while typing away:

[When You Sacrifice Yourself to Protect Everyone in Front of Wtw]

Wtw: ... Wow.

Want to write something else? Like, "When You're Saved by the Strongest Teacher," "When the Strongest Teacher Pins You Against the Wall," or "When You Get a Heart-Pounding Love Confession from the Strongest Teacher?"

Qiusheng Xunye: ? Good idea. Looks like he can expand his business.

A few weeks later, all of Qiusheng Xunye's friends add the unfamiliar name Wtw to their notes, remembering one rule above all: if they ever meet him, beat him up!

Why teach Xunye to expand his business? Have you ever seen a Rice City resident get woken up at three in the morning and forced to confess their love?

*No romance. Whenever romantic scenarios appear in the story, the male lead is only using them as writing references to make money. Nobody has romantic feelings for anyone else. They're true friends, with absolutely no ulterior motives.

Theme: Aliens have to work hard and earn money too.
