It'll Be Fine Once Mommy and Daddy Grow Up

(Told in third person throughout~~)

My name is Zhong Suining, and I'm the little "ball" in the famous runaway-pregnancy novel, Mommy, Be Careful! Daddy Is Jealous Again. I'm only four, but I'm already an overworked veteran who combines the talents of a genius hacker, a stock-trading master, and a brilliant doctor.

People ask if it's hard and exhausting to support a family at such a young age. All I can say is: things will be fine once my mom and dad grow up!

Mom drags me from place to place while insisting on playing "she runs, he chases, and she can't escape" with Dad. Dad is more than happy to play along.

I can only go to school and work whenever I get the chance. It's fine. Things will be fine once my mom and dad grow up!

Mom sprains her ankle while running away, and Dad panics, yelling at the hospital, "If anything happens to her, you'll pay for it."

I can only put work aside and comfort my family, then the people outside it. It's fine. Things will be fine once my mom and dad grow up.

Mom leaves badly wounded Dad behind and secretly goes abroad to visit the devoted second male lead, who's terminally ill. Dad thinks she's abandoning the two of us to elope with her rival, and in a fit of rage, surrounds the man's house with eighty-eight cannons.

I can only give up the perfect-attendance bonus I'd almost earned, take leave, and rush over in the middle of the night to stop a world war. It's fine. Things will be fine once my mom and dad grow up...

Even though I'm so young and already carrying the weight of the world, shouldering my parents so they can enjoy a peaceful life, don't worry. I firmly believe things will be fine once my mom and dad grow up!
