Hot Pot Again Today?

Also known as: Crossing the Street

Wu Yue is a towering 190 centimeters tall, and there's always an unlit cigarette dangling from his mouth. He has a roguish air and looks like bad news, but everyone who knows him says he's a kind-hearted hotpot restaurant owner.

The kind-hearted hotpot restaurant owner has been a little worried lately. The economy is bad, and his restaurant is barely getting any business.

Meanwhile, the eyeglasses shop across the street is doing well. Good economy or bad, there's never a shortage of customers.

Luckily, the owner of the shop across the street always likes to eat at his restaurant. In fact, he's here again today.

Wu Yue walks up to him. "Doctor Lin, hotpot again today?"

Lin Ji is a handsome 180 centimeters tall. He wears an immaculate white coat every day, along with gold-rimmed glasses. He always has a smile on his face and is gentle and polite. He's the eye doctor beloved by everyone in the neighborhood who needs glasses.

But no one knows that Doctor Lin has his eye on the hotpot restaurant owner across the street.
