[The main story is told in third person]
My name is Sato Oreo. Sato is a surname I picked at random, and Oreo is a stage name I made up for the entertainment industry.
My dream is to become Hollywood's youngest Best Actor, and I've been working toward it all along.
Lately, I've found myself in a bit of a bind. Since I'm still a minor, I need a parent's signature for everything, whether it's applying to college or dealing with work, and ideally they need to show up in person.
But my family is pretty bizarre...
There are six of us: my missing parents, my eldest brother who raised me and has the surname Akai, my second brother with the surname Haneda, my younger sister with the surname Sera, and me, Sato.
We all have different surnames and live our own lives. The only time we communicate is in our "loving family" group chat.
After losing yet another job because I didn't have a parent to show up, and even my classmates started thinking I was a pathetic orphan, I decided to go to Japan and find a direct relative to solve all my problems once and for all.
I heard my brother was at the distillery, so I went there. But they told me my brother was a traitor and was dead.
I don't care whether he's a traitor...
My brother sent me a huge red envelope in the group chat just yesterday, telling me to stay put in America! How could he be dead?
I remember I was so mad I claimed the money right away and had someone make me fake ID documents. Otherwise, how did I even get to Japan?
Since I couldn't find my brother, I started looking for another way out.
A biological big brother is hard to find, but there's a big brother right in front of me who's treated me like his own little brother!
I went up to Gin and tugged on his sleeve.
Gin: "What do you want, Tennessee?"
Me: "Big bro, I've decided. You're my one and only big brother."
Gin: "?"
He didn't hit me. He even thoughtfully asked if I was having another episode, and I was so touched that I pulled out my phone right there.
"Want to join my family group chat, big bro?"
"We don't require everyone to share a surname. Everyone uses their own. It's super free!"
After adding Gin's alt account to the family group chat, I gradually realized something was off. Why had everyone stopped chatting?
#Come on, tell me the truth. Did the six of you make sixteen separate group chats?#
#Why do you keep sending me red envelopes and telling me to shut up? It won't work.#
#So who's going to show up for my parent-teacher conference? Give me a sign already!!#
My complaints went unanswered, but it was all right. I'm a grateful person.
When I held the Oscar statuette, I gave a tearful speech: "Thank you to my mother, my second brother, my little sister... And I have to thank my piece-of-crap brother, Akai Shuichi, and my dear big brother, Gin. I love them forever!"

Reading notes:
1. The protagonist is ill, genuinely ill. His brain was damaged as a child, and his mental state is absolutely beautiful.
2. He's an Akai kid, the mutated kind.
3. It's hard to say whether he's red or black. The protagonist thinks he's as colorful as a rainbow.
4. You can even find a few plot points amid all the memes about how unhinged he is.
