Love at First Sight

Blurb:

Jiang Yao falls in love at first sight with her roommate's older sister. After treating her to dinner for three days in a row, she finally reveals her true intentions.

"You like my sister? She's twelve years older than you."

"You must be fooled by her looks. Young people should read more and spend less time staring at pretty older sisters!"

"She acts like a kind, caring big sister around you because you're my classmate. If you become her partner, she'll turn into someone completely different!"

Jiang Yao thinks her roommate is saying this because she's blinded by her sister filter, and doesn't take her words to heart at all. Since she can't take the family route to get closer, she'll just have to find another way.

Shen Luoxuan: "You're too young. We're not suited for each other."

Jiang Yao: "How can you say we're not suited if you haven't even tried?"

Shen Luoxuan: "Tomorrow at nine in the morning. Come to the provincial swimming center."

Jiang Yao is so excited she doesn't sleep all night. The next day, she shows up as promised in her brand-new swimsuit. When she sees Shen Luoxuan standing on the three-meter diving platform, her roommate's warning suddenly rings in her ears: "My sister doesn't believe in love at first sight. When it comes to people who pursue her because they're attracted to her looks, she's a devil!"

What's it like to be confessed to by someone a little younger than you?

Joy, fear, worry, resistance.

Many people like young faces, but the risks of falling in love and the price one pays for it are absolutely worthy of this deluded infatuation.
