She could see the “aura” surrounding people. Those with hearts as pure as angels were wrapped in white light, the utterly wicked were covered in eerie purple miasma, and those close to death were hidden in black “death energy.” When she next stepped outside, she discovered that Edogawa Ward, just across the street, had turned into Beika Town. Every member of the riot squad who passed before her eyes was surrounded by a pure white halo and a dense aura of death… On November 7, Matsuda met a “fraudulent medium” who would later become a police officer. She believed in the occult. He believed in science. Think the prince and princess lived happily and peacefully ever after? Higurashi Nanari would beg to differ. As she rushed around doing everything she could to save people, she gazed helplessly at the heavens. “Why is every one of your classmates so unlucky?!” Nanari is pronounced na-na-li. *Occult elements, and the rescues aren't exactly scientific. *An original female protagonist. It borrows some elements from Inuyasha, and she's Kagome's younger sister, but you don't need to have read it to follow the story. *The story first appeared on January 8 and was revised later. *The heroine grows over the course of the story. She won't be left helpless, but she doesn't start with a maxed-out skill tree either (she's excellent with a bow). The criminals in this story aren't all pushovers, either. If you're looking for a heroine who's already fully trained and can overpower everyone from the start, then let's part ways here. I will delete hostile comments.
