Kanon is a "famous" deity, many generations removed from the original, beautiful as a flower and forever eighteen.

At the "suggestion" of three newly arrived divine attendants, Kanon comes to the human world to work as a police officer.

She never expected to discover on her very first day that her boss was exactly her type. He has blond hair, grayish-purple eyes, and a sun-kissed complexion. Most importantly, his eyes are nothing like those of a certain great demon king: they're innocent, droopy puppy eyes!

With this lofty goal in mind, Kanon works hard for a while and starts to think she might actually succeed.

After being showered with all kinds of affection by his new subordinate, a certain Public Security bigwig goes through a long period of inner turmoil and decides to make a serious confession. Then he hears the person he thought was madly in love with him telling his "resurrected" former colleagues triumphantly, "Told you I could do it! He'll be joining you soon, as my fourth!"

P.S. This story is a crossover with "Hozuki's Coolheadedness". The Police Academy group spent several years in the afterlife before appearing, so their personalities will be a little different at first. They gradually change back after spending time with the heroine and Zero. They may use the heroine at first, but they'll apologize and make it up to her later, and the two sides will reconcile.

The heroine is not a strong female lead, so if that's what you're looking for, feel free to pass. She's a laid-back, carefree person with a big heart and a forgiving nature, because nobody can truly hurt her.

In the end, the curly-haired officer realizes that you can't tame a beagle with gentle coaxing. After yet another bout of chaos, he suddenly pins her against the wall.
