Every module has a diligent and responsible intro NPC. Unfortunately, in the Kougaku module, Narumi Sosuke was unlucky enough to end up as that poor sap.
After successfully testing the module twenty times, and completing the introduction twenty times with all his memories intact, he thought he'd seen every kind of crazy stunt there was.
But why were investigators so hard to manage these days?!
Narumi Sosuke: (His hand holding a cigarette trembles slightly.)
"I want to use my skill!" -- Investigator A
"No, you don't." Narumi Sosuke smiled as he hit the gas, cutting them off immediately.
"I want to charm the handsome guy in front of me!" -- Investigator B
After a critical failure, Narumi Sosuke delivered the line that suited his personality:
"Buddy, I'm straight."
"I've read through this module before!" -- Investigator C
"Oh, what did you say?" Narumi Sosuke asked leisurely, wiping the blood off his face after wrapping up the aftermath.
-- Beware of meta-gaming conversations :)
1. The protagonist is on the side of the Red, and is an undercover operative. He's two years older than Furuya and the others.
2. The protagonist is a low-ranking member of the Organization, a useful driver and cleanup operative. He hasn't received an Organization codename.
3. The protagonist knows how every module ends and is acquainted with Bourbon and Scotch, though the relationship is one-sided.
4. The Police Academy group is assumed to have been saved. If you ask how, it was the investigators' doing.
No guarantee the investigators will make it to the end without their character sheets getting torn up.
5. Everyday life for low-ranking Organization members. Enjoy!
6. Includes lots of tabletop role-playing jokes. You can still enjoy it if you're unfamiliar with them. Thanks to my friends for the material (hands together).
7. Includes the author's own character interpretations. Beware of OOC.

Coming soon: Building Beika City from Scratch
Endo Naosumi downloaded a newly released city-building simulation game.
So here's the question:
Which city-building game starts by asking the player to build a police academy?!
Endo Naosumi: Interesting. (leans back tactically)
He admitted that the game's unconventional approach had hooked him.
--
He thought the new-player start would be a piece of cake. Instead, he was the one suffering.
"Why do I have to solve the staffing shortage, too?"
With no other choice, the player had to grit his teeth and fill the vacancy himself.
It's just a school nurse at the police academy. He could definitely handle it!
He might not know anything about the job, but he could mediate disputes.
"Wow, these guys get along so well," he remarked.
"Wait, doesn't this look like they're fighting?" asked Police Academy student A, passing by.
--
As the city flourished, Endo Naosumi unlocked another new location.
"A distillery?" He got it. This was an upscale, luxurious liquor factory.
The player, who understood perfectly, rubbed his hands together, ready to multiply the coins in his game account tenfold.
"The distillery owner?"
"That's me, of course!"
When every new SSR employee turned out to be an undercover operative, the player felt doomed.
Why were there so many people trying to steal his trade secrets?!
--
So how was he supposed to be a high school student, a school nurse at the police academy, a TV reporter, and the owner of a distillery all at once?
It's just a matter of working N jobs a day. Easy!
A hardcore player with 1,000 hours in Star O Valley accepts the challenge.
--
1. The player is just a player, the player is the Fourth Calamity. Do not reveal that the game exists.
2. The player can only be in one location at a time. No simultaneous appearances. No cheats.
3. The player has absolute control over the game. Whether to toss a bento is up to chance.
4. The player genuinely believes the distillery is a distillery.
5. The player must not casually toy with other characters' feelings. Death means a permanent game over, so please cherish your life.
6. We wish the player an enjoyable game.
