Confessions of an Ordinary Researcher

[Cover artist: Tang Jiuxi, many thanks!]

[Short first-person story, written for practice, expected to be ten chapters]

[Coming in January]

I'm an ordinary, unremarkable researcher.

But I suspect my company isn't as legitimate as I thought.

I mean, who hires a child laborer to lead the R&D team?

Oh, well. I mostly slack off and handle odd jobs, with research as a side gig.

Let me take a look at our company's secrets...

1. First-person narration. If you don't like it, move along.

2. The protagonist is an ordinary researcher, a diligent slacker.

3. Save Akemi and Scotland.

4. The protagonist will die. There are two endings, one BE and one TE.

5. This is just for practice and improving my skills. Don't worry about logic or plot. This story only came about because I wanted to write the ending, so don't get hung up on the details. This is just an attempt to write something angsty.

6. Includes my personal interpretation of the characters. Beware of OOC.

7. Enjoy reading!
