After the Pretty Cannon Fodder's Scheming Fails

Shu Rong is a pretty cannon-fodder character. After his schemes fail, the kind-hearted protagonist gong and protagonist shou don't kill him off. Instead, they keep him at home.

The protagonist gong has a secret he can't tell the protagonist shou: he once had feelings for Shu Rong.

Now that Shu Rong is right in front of him day after day, the protagonist gong finds himself distracted and increasingly guilty toward the protagonist shou.

At the dinner table, Shu Rong keeps trying to say something to him, hinting with his eyes. As the protagonist gong struggles with his feelings, he can't help wondering if Shu Rong is deliberately trying to seduce him.

What he doesn't know is that beneath Shu Rong's white shirt, on the other side of the table, are countless dense kiss marks.

The protagonist shou smiles as he puts food in Shu Rong's bowl. “Rongrong, eat a little more.”

His gentle, mild-mannered appearance is like night and day compared to the beast he becomes after dark.

Pretty cannon-fodder shou x black-lotus, possessive gong. The original shou becomes the gong; a shou adored by everyone.
