The Anime Dog Trap

The main story is complete; bonus chapters will be updated gradually.

Sensitive, withdrawn, long-haired beauty top x sunny, cheerful, straight puppy bottom

Bian Cong's first impression of the transfer student in his class was that he was breathtakingly beautiful.

That day, while listening to the teacher introduce him, Bian Cong briefly lifted his head from his manga and saw Fu Ye standing silently beside the podium.

His skin was so pale it was almost translucent. He had a pair of especially beautiful eyes, with lashes that cast shadows like a butterfly's wings.

It didn't take long for Bian Cong to get a second impression of him: pitiful.

As he passed an alley by the school, Bian Cong saw Fu Ye surrounded and shoved around by a group of people. Fu Ye kept his eyes lowered and didn't fight back.

A flurry of hot-blooded anime scenes flashed through Bian Cong's mind, and he charged in to chase the bullies away.

Bian Cong rubbed his hands together, struggled to find the right words, then flashed a perfect eight-tooth smile.

"It's okay. I'll look out for you from now on."

Fu Ye had always thought he shouldn't have been born into this world. Nobody liked him, after all. Then he met Bian Cong.

Bian Cong stood up to the people who bullied him, praised him, and didn't care about his background. He even spoke up when people said cruel things about him.

Fu Ye thought there was no one better than Bian Cong in the whole world.

He loved Bian Cong.

It didn't matter if Bian Cong only liked long-haired anime girls. He could cosplay as one to suit Bian Cong's tastes.

If he cosplayed as more of the characters Bian Cong liked, maybe Bian Cong would love him a little more, too.

-

In college, Bian Cong became a fan of a cosplayer.

Every character this creator cosplayed was totally to his taste. They were exactly his type!

Then one day, Bian Cong excitedly showed Fu Ye the cosplay photos he'd collected.

He said that when he found a partner, he wanted to find an anime girl like this, someone who shared his tastes and whose cosplay was incredibly accurate.

Fu Ye was silent for two seconds, then typed:

"What if he isn't a girl?"

"Could you let your gaze linger on me a little longer?"
