Zero and the Distiller

Starting March 17, Chapter 28 will be behind a paywall. If you've already read it, please take note. Thank you for your support. I'll keep working hard!

-> Zero/Gin, each other's one and only

-> A growing-up story, dual perspectives early on, mainly from the bottom's perspective later

-> Happy ending

A new recruit recently joined the Organization: a blond boy codenamed Bourbon. He's exceptionally capable, but keeps getting picked on by Gin, one of the Organization's key members.

When Gin hears about this, he looks utterly disdainful and innocent. He raises his chin and sneers at everyone in front of him. "First, let me make one thing clear. I'm not picking on that Siamese cat. I pick on every single one of you equally."

Everyone: ???

Gin calmly surveys the room, then stands up with an equally calm expression. "Bourbon, find the person spreading the rumor. You have two hours. Otherwise, you'll be sleeping outside tonight."

Everyone: ???

Wait, when did the two of them get together?!

A viper and a cat, what a strange pairing. And they're both so powerful, so which one is on top?

Warnings:

1. Mild out-of-character moments.

2. Zero and Gin both have alternate character interpretations.

3. The app is just a vehicle, and the romance doesn't mainly happen through the app.

4. This is a sweet story. If a chapter suddenly gets angsty, the author has lost it.

5. The main characters won't get dumbed down. If they do, it's because that's all the author can think of, sob.

Thank you so much for supporting me all this time. I never believed in miracles, but now I do, because meeting you is the most beautiful miracle of my life.

Theme: Success comes from taking one step after another.
