Looking for readers for my next novel, After the Cannon Fodder Villainess Dumps the Big Shot from the Period Novel~
Synopsis:
Jiang Li transmigrates to the late 1950s and becomes a left-behind wife living in the countryside.
In six months, the hardest three-year period will begin. Back then, the only people who won't go hungry are those in the military.
As it happens, her original body's husband is stationed on an island, and word has it he's a regimental commander.
Jiang Li sends him a telegram and makes the long journey to the island. There, she sees her husband standing at the dock. He wears a white military uniform, and his tall, stern features are exactly like those of her uncle from her previous life.
The first time Jiang Li sees her husband's face, she slips up and instinctively calls him, "Uncle."
*
Jiang Li never imagined that one day she would transmigrate to the 1950s and become the wife of a man who looks exactly like her uncle.
Whenever she sees Song Chuan and remembers he's her husband, Jiang Li feels so awkward it's like a younger relative caught in front of an elder.
After arriving on the island, she keeps avoiding Song Chuan, and they even sleep in separate rooms.
Gradually, Jiang Li realizes that something about Song Chuan is not quite right.
He starts smoking, seeking her out, and teaching her how to deal with people. If anyone upsets her, he stands up for her, just like a parent backing up their child.
His bearing, his gaze, his mannerisms: everything is exactly like her uncle.
One night, Jiang Li grabs her pillow, runs into Song Chuan's room, and settles onto his bed. Staring at his handsome, familiar face, she tentatively asks, "Uncle, did you come here too?"
*
Before Song Chuan's brother died, he entrusted his daughter to Song Chuan, hoping he would raise Jiang Li to adulthood.
Song Chuan was just twenty at the time. He moved to another city with ten-year-old Jiang Li and put her through school, from elementary school all the way through university and into the working world. Eventually, Jiang Li brought a man home and happily told him, "Uncle, this is my fiance. I'm getting married."
Song Chuan smiled and congratulated her. He prepared the wedding and personally sent her off to be with another man. But on her wedding day, Jiang Li died in an accident.
Song Chuan buried Jiang Li's ashes beside his own gravestone.
Later, Song Chuan also transmigrated to the late 1950s.
And his identity now is Jiang Li's husband.
★★ The heroine transmigrates first, and the hero later.
Synopsis finalized on 2024.5.26, screenshot saved.
[Please note! The man in the early chapters is the original male lead, not the hero! His values do not represent the hero's! The hero is the uncle who transmigrates later! Uncle is the male lead! He is the hero!]
★★ The heroine transmigrates first, and the hero later. In their previous life, there was a ten-year age gap between them. After being reborn, the age gap is four years. In the modern world, they are not related by blood and are not registered in the same household~
There are two completed period novels in my author column~

Looking for readers for my next novel, After the Cannon Fodder Villainess Dumps the Big Shot from the Period Novel
Synopsis:
After waking up to find herself transmigrated as an educated youth sent to the countryside, Lin Yuanyuan decides there's no way she's going to toil away, pulling weeds and doing hard labor.
She should find herself a powerful backer first.
Lin Yuanyuan sets her sights on Lu Ling, the man in charge of oil extraction in the village.
A shirt tucked into a belt, a watch, leather shoes, a tall, muscular build, and, most importantly, a handsome face. Getting this powerful backer before she applies to return to the city can't hurt.
*
Lu Ling is the provincial oil team's chief officer, a promising young man with a distinguished bearing.
His ideal wife would be gentle and virtuous, well-read and sensible, just like his mother. Then Lin Yuanyuan appears.
She is slender and charming, her eyes sparkling with every glance. Most of all, when he's "bullying" her and she's overwhelmed with passion, she loves to call him "Big Brother" in a sweet, coquettish voice.
Lu Ling never thought he would fall for the "little vixen" he despised most.
Just as he decides to take her back to the city to meet his parents, the "little vixen" runs off, leaving him a letter.
The letter contains only two short lines: Big Brother, you're no good. See you~
Lu Ling nearly grinds his back teeth to dust!
He couldn't bear to touch her. He had only wanted to give her a perfect wedding night, but all he got in return was her saying he was no good!
*
To Lin Yuanyuan, nothing beats the freedom and joy of being single.
As soon as her approval to return to the city comes through, she dumps Lu Ling and leaves. Later, she visits a leader's home with her aunt to cultivate connections, only to discover that the leader's son is the very big shot from the period novel she dumped.
Lin Yuanyuan: ...
What a small world. I want to die.
In the cramped little room, Lin Yuanyuan's slender legs are forced to wrap around the man's lean waist. Her cheeks flush as he teases her, and she gasps repeatedly, eyes brimming with tears as she begs him to stop.
Lu Ling grips Lin Yuanyuan's cheeks and looks straight at her. "Am I any good?"
Lin Yuanyuan: Sob, sob...
You're good. Really, really good!

It's pretty good-looking, I like it, but what happened to the male supporting actor Zheng Cheng in the end?
