Genshin Impact: The Road to Salvation Begins After Breaking Up with the □□ Officer

[This novel will be available to purchase on June 20, 2024. The paywalled chapters start at Chapter 22.] I've always known how lucky I am. When I was young, a god watched over me. As I fell from a cliff, the wind carried me toward the stars. In my youth, my friends accepted me as I was, my lover showed me the way forward, and my family supported my decisions. I was too stubborn and immature. I believed in fate all along, yet defied it, pursuing knowledge and truth too recklessly until I trespassed into forbidden territory. In the end, I lost everyone I wanted to hold on to. I don't want a world where everything is already decided by fate. I don't want a false world. I want to relive the past, and I want a perfect, happy ending where everyone is together. I want an ideal world without suffering. After breaking up with Alhaitham, I decided to stake everything on making the perfect, beautiful ending I had always dreamed of a reality. *I've wanted to write this for a long time: the emotional journey of a girl who's very conflicted. *Written during Version 3.7, while I watched the story unfold. If there are any logical inconsistencies, I'll revise them after finishing. *First-person practice. *Saved on July 1, 2023. Theme: Never yield to fate
