About How I Keep Reincarnating as a Cat

When they were young, Mondstadt's winery master and the cavalry captain of the Knights of Favonius raised a cat. Whenever the two brothers argued, the cat would run back and forth between them, sighing as it tried to make peace. But then disaster struck. The cat left, and the brothers fell out.

The Wanderer once raised a cat, too. Like that child, the cat had been afflicted by miasma. It stayed by his side through the child's death, but in the end, it couldn't escape its illness. It closed its eyes for the last time on a long winter's day.

The karma-plagued young adeptus was supposed to have a cat. He had rescued it from the jaws of a monster. Blind in both eyes and unable to live on its own, it was entrusted to the Geo Archon, and he visited only once in a while. Even now, he often visits the little grave.

The Kamisato family's White Heron Princess once had a cat, a snow-white one. Unlike ordinary cats, it wasn't picky about food, so it often suffered at the hands of her brother's cooking. But it never once turned down a meal he offered. The cat had a hard life in its first few years, but spent the rest of its life in the Kamisato estate, where it was happy.

The down-on-his-luck master architect has a cat. He feels a little guilty about it, but can't bear to let it go. It's also because of this cat that, late at night, he sincerely thanks that bastard next door for taking him in. But that doesn't mean he's going to forgive the guy for stealing his cat!

* A cat-raising collection. The cat is a laid-back but responsible white-cat boss. There will be more cat owners than these, and the stories won't necessarily be written in the order above.

* The kitten isn't a normal cat. It can gobble up chocolate, enough to make its owner forget to breathe.

* For example, the master architect: Cats can't eat chocolate! Spit it out, now!!!

The kitten: Relax.

* The kitten has its own name, but its owners make up all kinds of names for it, including but not limited to Mimi, Meow Meow, Little White, Big White, and Bai Bai.

* The kitten, a Liyue original, is named Mi You.
