Like one of the countless ordinary people in the world, you always thought your life was perfectly unremarkable. Until one day, you discovered that a few unexpected little incidents had started happening.

Someone gave you a house. Whether you live there or not, one or more friendly spirits live inside, keeping you company in your daily life.

"You mean you spent twenty million on me just to give me money? Damn Earth Online, I haven't received a single cent!" After learning that your world is a game to other people, your feelings are complicated. After finding out that players spent money on you and you're still this poor, you explode with rage.

Earth Online, give me my money back!

*The idea came from recently playing management and otome games. Each player encounters a different heroine, and the nickname set for her varies, so the one shown will differ too. Common nicknames, pet names, and "you" are used to address her.

*This isn't the original Teyvat, but a modern-day Teyvat. The game community, entertainment industry, and reality are idealized: it's a nationwide celebration, and everyone loves you, regardless of gender.

*I'm letting my imagination run a little wild. This probably counts as a Mary Sue story? It's not very long.
