Hasumi Saya is, by her own estimation, a pretty girl with no particular talent who writes mystery novels. She has one bad habit: she likes using the people around her as models for her novels.
Her several ex-boyfriends are the first to suffer.
Take her first love, Hagiwara. Because he was so easygoing, she shamelessly wrote him into her first mystery novel, The Class Reunion, as a bomb fanatic.
Then there's her second ex, Akai. Because he was so handsome, she made him a Bond-style dashing undercover agent in her novel Undercover. Then, thanks to a misunderstanding after they broke up, she made him Schrödinger's fake death: temporarily written out, with his return date undecided.
Her third ex, Geto, had an annoying white-haired friend, so she wrote them both into her new book, Murder of a Best Friend. One became a villainous mastermind like Moriarty, and the other became the unlucky victim.
Then there's her fourth ex, Amuro. Their breakup was so sudden that, in a fit of anger, she turned him from a righteous great detective into the ultimate mastermind villain in her new book, The Crow.
Finally, there's her current boyfriend, Kurosawa. She manually added eighteen layers of flattering filters to his character, making him the new protagonist of the sequel to The Crow: a former undercover agent turned great detective, facing off against the mastermind.
Three days ago, to make research for her novels more convenient, Hasumi Saya moved to Beika Town, home of the famous “Sleeping Kogoro” detective.
Though, for some inexplicable reason, she ran into her first, second, third, and fourth ex-boyfriends in Beika Town... and for some reason they all looked at her strangely... But that's not important. She needs to finish her new book first!
This time, even if it's just so she can finish her new book, no matter how badly her current boyfriend messes up, she will hold back and not break up with him just yet!

[Wait, does nobody else think that girl named Hasumi Saya looks familiar? She's really pretty, but I swear that's not why she looks familiar!]
[Did the person above just give something away...?]
[Hasumi Saya? Ah, isn't that the same name as the heroine of another otome game?]
[She doesn't just look the same, her job's similar too. They're both novelists.]
[Wait... So they're the same person?! Can an otome game crossover with a detective mystery game and a hot-blooded battle game? Is something mixed up here or what?!]
[...Wait, where's the male lead? Why can I only see the heroine? Is our precious girl the only one here? Damn, she's so delicate and adorable (x10000 filters). What if she gets hurt or scared and accidentally becomes a victim?!]
[...Somebody drag the delusional guy above out of here! Just look at the man standing beside her, for heaven's sake!]
Reader's guide (content warnings):
The story is written in third person.
The heroine transmigrated when she was little, but has mostly forgotten the plot. She is not a reborn player and has no secret identity System. She thinks of herself as an ordinary novelist, but is actually also an otome game heroine (hey!). She's a girl who speaks her mind and has a high charm stat.
There are no manga forums, but there are a few other transmigrated players (not many). There's a slight “characters turning into real people” vibe, and the heroine's novels are based on reality, with plenty of alterations.
The five men mentioned in the blurb are supporting characters. The story is a crossover with Detective Conan, Jujutsu Kaisen, and a few slice-of-life series (with few appearances from those other series). The main focus is Detective Conan. There are no curse-fighting scenes from Jujutsu Kaisen, and the timeline has been changed.
Butterfly effect: the entire police academy squad survives, and both Dadmi and Geto are currently alive.
Her boyfriend from the start is Gin, but the male lead has not yet been decided. Gin is the most likely candidate.
Theme: Love requires sincerity and a true heart.
