Wen Nan transmigrates to The 1970s. Following her late brother's dying wish, she goes to the army base to seek out the man she was promised to, whom she has never met.
She doesn't know his name, only that his surname is Chen.
But when Wen Nan arrives at the base, she discovers that the Chen family has two brothers. She has no idea which one is her intended.
Looking at the elder Chen brother before her, tall and straight-backed in his uniform, Wen Nan grits her teeth and takes the plunge. "Captain Chen, hello. I'm your fiancee."

In his more than twenty years of life, Chen Xu has never promised any comrade that he would marry their sister.
Seeing that she has nowhere else to go, he first settles her in the family quarters.
He leaves early and returns late every day, but he can always see Wen Nan walking back and forth right under his nose.
Especially at night, before he falls asleep, he can hear the water splashing next door as the young woman bathes, even through the wall...
Later, his younger brother, who had been transferred away from the base, sends a letter.
It says that if a woman named Wen Nan comes to the base, Chen Xu should look after her for the time being, and his brother will come back for her once he has settled everything on his end.
Only then does Chen Xu realize that the person Wen Nan came looking for in the first place was his younger brother, Chen Zhou.
For the first time in his life, he acts selfishly and writes back to tell his brother she never came.
Later on.
Chen Zhou receives a letter from his older brother, who says he is getting married.
So Chen Zhou takes leave and goes home.
As soon as he walks in, he sees Wen Nan, whose smile reveals two dimples, exactly matching the description of his sister that Wen Guo once gave him.
Chen Xu walks out of the room, wraps an arm around Wen Nan's slender waist, and says to Chen Zhou, "This is your sister-in-law."
Chen Zhou: ???
That damn woman is supposed to be my wife!
Completed period novel: The 1970s Cannon Fodder Little Widow, a rugged military officer x a cannon fodder widow

Jiang Xiu transmigrates into a period novel and discovers that she has four husbands!
Jiang Xiu is terminally ill with cancer. With little time left, she is suddenly bound to a System one day and sent into a period novel called The Future. The story follows a male lead labeled one of the black categories. During the early days of Reform and Opening Up, he heads south and, through hard work, eventually becomes a business tycoon.
By his side is a woman who stays with him for five years. It is thanks to her quiet devotion and companionship that he reaches the pinnacle of success.
But the woman's life is full of hardship. Before meeting the male lead, she has already had three husbands. Later, she marries him, then dies just as he becomes a business tycoon.
System: Your mission is to enter the book and take her place, helping the male lead reach the peak of his career.
Jiang Xiu: What about the original host?
System: The original host has awakened to the fact that she is a paper character and cannot accept her life. She keeps killing herself in a loop. We have to find someone to take her place and finish the storyline. If you complete the mission, Host, we can give you a healthy body and a generous reward.
Jiang Xiu: I accept!
System: I'll send you to the place where the original host first meets the male lead. In the story, you happen to pass by and rescue him while he's injured and unconscious.
Jiang Xiu agrees readily, but when she opens her eyes, before she can even take in her surroundings, a tearing pain strikes from below! Worse still, a man is lying on top of her!
Jiang Xiu screams internally: Where the hell have you sent me?!!!
System: ...
"Host, I'm sorry. The machine malfunctioned and sent you to the day of your wedding night with your first husband. You need to follow the story and meet the male lead at the proper point. If you skip ahead and seek him out early, the mission will fail."
Jiang Xiu: !!!
So!
She has to go through three husbands before she can meet the male lead?!
◎ The blurb is the opening.
◎ An indulgent self-indulgence novel, written to satisfy my own tastes. The female lead is inexperienced, while all the male leads are inexperienced. She will marry four times, so this is 1v4 and includes male rivalry and harem-drama scenes.
◎ The female lead has a career arc. It's an indulgent, sweet, thoroughly satisfying story with no angst.
Theme: Every day, strive to be self-reliant.
Let's check out some of the extras. I'm not satisfied with it. The author is asking for updates. Asking for the next book
The tug-of-war scene was pretty cool, but the direction from the beginning was ridiculous. It was ridiculous that the male protagonist wanted to take the female protagonist into his home even though he knew she had found the wrong person. In those days, the relationship between men and women couldn't be so casual, and if the male protagonist was a decent person, he wouldn't be able to handle it like this.
No wonder the emotional pull gave me a familiar feeling. It turns out that the Little Widow book was also written by the author.
... I haven't watched it for a few days, but I didn't expect it to be over...
When will there be a sequel~ I'm really looking forward to it
I got this book from my uncle, so I thought the writing looked familiar, and it turned out to be written by my wife 💪
I just realized that I hadn't finished reading this book at the time.
I always felt that my brother's design was completely unnecessary. Not only did it have no effect, it almost caused the hero's character to collapse. It looks awkward from behind.
It's great to pull, it's so beautiful 🤩
I feel like the male protagonist should be Chen Zhou, it's like he's been deprived of his luck, and their personalities are more compatible with each other. The last few chapters are really awkward.
