The Scheming of a Male College Student

Fu Xi first saw Chen Zhi on the basketball court. The day he returned to his alma mater to give a lecture, he happened to arrive during the school basketball league. So he stood outside the court and watched for a while. On the court, Chen Zhi dribbled past his opponents at speed. Surrounded by several defenders, he pulled off a stylish reverse layup. The hoop swayed. The player landed lightly, black hair and dark eyes, his expression almost too cold beneath the sun. Turning to get back on defense, he lifted the hem of his jersey to wipe away his sweat, revealing a glimpse of his pale, lean waist and stomach. Fu Xi felt a stirring in his heart. That day, he waited outside the locker room and stopped the younger student to tell him he wanted to date him. Chen Zhi shot him a cold glance and called him a lunatic. Fu Xi didn’t mind. He leaned against the locker room doorframe, smiling faintly as he watched the people inside change clothes. The person who had shone so freely on the court changed out of his uniform and into a faded T-shirt. His sneakers were badly worn, too. Fu Xi had his assistant send over a pair of limited-edition sneakers. The next day, the sneakers had been thrown into the trash. Fu Xi’s interest was thoroughly piqued. He made the newly enrolled college student experience a few of the tricks adults had up their sleeves. In the end, Fu Xi got Chen Zhi to come to him of his own accord. The young man who had just started college had nothing but anger and resentment in his eyes. He said, "I can be with you, but don’t ever think I’ll love you." Fu Xi clicked his tongue, thinking, How innocent. How cute. The outcome just wasn’t quite what he expected. Early the next morning, President Fu was holding his lower back, lost in thought. Those who achieve great things don’t sweat the small stuff. President Fu could live with this little deviation. He simply loved the defiant streak in Chen Zhi. Like a wild wolf that could never be tamed, baring its claws and fangs, ready to lunge and bite through someone’s throat at the slightest misstep. Yet its weakness was in Fu Xi’s hands, leaving it no choice but to struggle in vain and obediently do as it was told. The fiercer, more resentful, and more unwilling Chen Zhi was, the more Fu Xi liked him. He never got tired of it. Until one day. Fu Xi attended an event and heard that the mysterious heir to the Chen family had returned to the country, so he went with a friend to greet him. The private room door was ajar. Fu Xi looked up and saw his impoverished, forced-to-submit, proud and stubborn little lover sitting in the seat of honor. The person on the sofa had his eyes half-lidded, skillfully twirling an expensive lighter in his hand. The air of authority was unmistakable. Someone teased him, "Young Master Chen, didn’t you already win him over? Why are you still pretending?" "It’s not enough." The young heir looked up, his eyes filled with possessive obsession. "He has to look at me forever, chase after me forever, and belong to me forever." Fu Xi: "..." Suddenly, a chill ran down his spine. [Preorder saved June 2023] 1.
