There’s No Future for Vampires and Werewolves

Bizarre deaths were occurring throughout the city. The Anomalous Control Center issued an emergency order for all supernatural organizations to investigate their own members as soon as possible. Vampires: It has to be those little mutts! Werewolves: It has to be those bloodsucking monsters! The deaths continued. The supernatural world eyed itself with suspicion, and tensions between the vampires and werewolves kept rising. The vampire prince decided that there was no point in letting the two sides fight among themselves while the killer was still at large. He took the initiative and sent the werewolves a request for peace talks. When the werewolf leader received the invitation, sealed with a fragrant wax stamp embossed in gold, he sent back just two words: Get lost. That night, in an unremarkable apartment in the city center. Wearing a bear-print apron, Qiu Rong hugged the CEO from behind as soon as Yan Ling came in, rubbing against his neck like a puppy. Qiu Rong gently loosened Yan Ling's half-undone tie and murmured, "Things have been dangerous lately, and you keep coming home so late. How about I pick you up from work from now on?" Hearing his younger boyfriend's concern soothed some of the anger Yan Ling felt over the werewolves' rude reply. He tipped his head back, kissed Qiu Rong on the cheek, and agreed. "All right. Thank you, my little puppy." Yan Ling: My little boyfriend is so good. The werewolf leader can go to hell. Qiu Rong: My wife is so cute. The vampire prince can go to hell. Later... "Have you heard?
