Morning Dew

On the day Ming Shi decided to give up on life, she met a scumbag.

When she pushed herself toward the abyss, he was the only one willing to pull her back.

·

The scumbag had a messy private life. In the worldview Ming Shi had been taught, people like him were the most contemptible of all.

He had saved her out of kindness, but for the most vulgar reason: she was beautiful, and the snow-white skin hidden beneath her unkempt appearance made his heart itch.

Ming Shi didn't care. At the end of the day, they were using each other. A scumbag was better, and all the easier to dump once she got bored.

But later, Ming Shi went crazy for him...

·

The scumbag saved Ming Shi when she was down and desperate, and she left him once she became famous. She thought she would forget him and never again lose herself in him.

But later, at a banquet, she was a rising star in the industry, standing alone in a dark room and coldly watching the splendor outside through a glass window.

Someone came out of the shadows, covered her mouth, and pressed her against the transparent glass.

He lightly bit her earlobe, drawing her into depravity, bit by bit.

"Big Sister, I heard you missed me."

·

He was a fleeting dew that saved her life, the dawn that drove away the darkness.
