I Threw Together a Survival Variety Show Overnight with My Zombie Cubs

1. Recently, news that stunned the world broke: the pampered young heiress of the Sheng family had organized a survival reality show, with a billion yuan prize for the last contestant standing!

The wealthy were dumbfounded. "Has the Sheng family spoiled their daughter so much they've lost their minds? If they want to show off their wealth, shouldn't they make a dating show?"

Netizens rolled up their sleeves. "How do I sign up?!"

The much-anticipated Sheng Leilei smiled on the outside, but was freaking out inside. She had no choice. The world would end in seven months, and zombies would overrun everything!!!

How did she know?

Sheng Leilei stared blankly at the kid in front of her, an ice cream in one hand and fried chicken in the other. The kid kept calling her "Big Sis" with the utmost affection, looking at her with complete trust. The corner of her mouth twitched.

The kid looked like a perfectly normal, chubby five-year-old, except his face was far too pale, with a deathly pallor. Worse still, his eyes turned gold whenever he got angry.

He introduced himself as Xiao Cao.

He was from five years in the future: the apocalypse!

He was her half-brother.

The weird thing was, DNA testing confirmed that it was true!

Even weirder, her young stepmother went to the hospital and found out she really was pregnant, two months along!

So all she could do was blurt out, "Dad, Big Brother, Auntie, stock up! Stock up, stock up, stock up!"

"Also, let's have the whole family do an immersive apocalypse escape drill. No, let's get society as a whole to do one!"

2. At first, the whole internet thought the Sheng family had more money than sense. But then the sun disappeared, and everyone realized how useful the survival show's advice was.

City residents made it through food shortages with hydroponically grown vegetables, without fighting over food or getting infected. Elderly people and children left behind in the countryside endured the cold snap thanks to the medicine they'd stockpiled... Everyone waited for a new order to take hold.

There was no unrest, no zombies.

Once the initial panic passed, everything ran smoothly.
