Overworked office drone Xin Wen dies unexpectedly and somehow binds herself to a System after death. She finds herself in another world, and a System prompt rings in her ears: [Congratulations, Host! Reach 80% citizen happiness to obtain the legendary character: the virtuous and gracious vice mayor.] On the verge of tears, Xin Wen keeps working herself to the bone.
