The Actor Emperor's Husband Is Carrying My Baby

Hello, everyone. I'm Yi Yan, a domineering CEO.

Not long ago, I experienced the classic crash-and-burn scene from an old-school romance novel: after drinking, I got it on with Shao Kun, the biggest cash cow under my management and a movie emperor.

But it's fine. We're both men, and we've been friends since we were toddlers in split-crotch pants. A little slip-up like this won't shake our rock-solid brotherhood or force some tacky runaway-with-the-baby and contract-marriage plot on us.

But not long after, Shao Kun barged into my office with a test report and told me he was pregnant.

WTF? You're a movie emperor, not a movie queen. And given what happened that night, if anyone was going to get pregnant, shouldn't it be me?

Just as we were locked in a standoff over the question, "Can humans with XY chromosomes carry a pregnancy?", my personal doctor opened the office door and tremblingly handed me a test report. "CEO, you don't have a stomach condition. You're pregnant."

Holding a report identical to Shao Kun's, I retched as I opened Baidu.

Shao Kun: "I looked it up. There are cases of men giving birth, but they were transgender... What are you searching for? Why are you opening a fiction website?"

What am I looking for? Obviously, I'm searching for the trigger that sets off a runaway-with-the-baby and contract-marriage plot!

That malicious author must be desperate for clicks. Give me back my romance-novel Mary Sue CEO story!
