The Workaholic Enters a Cliche Rich-Family Romance

[A high-energy ensemble comedy with lots of zany antics! Blurb below.]

1.

Ye Shan, a grind-loving overachiever, transmigrates into an old-fashioned, melodramatic rich-family novel as its biggest female villain.

The original owner's status is low. She came from an orphanage and was chosen to be the heroine's study companion. She should have been grateful, but instead she coveted everything the heroine had.

She was vicious, sowed discord, framed the heroine, and seduced the male lead.

In the end, the male lead and his friends saw through her true nature, and she was ruined.

This tangled love triangle, or maybe quadrangle, makes the grind-loving overachiever cry, “How exciting!”

But what does any of this have to do with her?

The overachiever pulls out a set of practice exams and says calmly, “All I want is to study hard and work them to death.”

2.

And so the melodramatic romance in this wealthy-family novel starts to go off the rails.

The rich young lady, a poor student, is so caught up in her relationship with the male lead that she neglects her studies. Ye Shan fumes at her lack of ambition: “Do well in school, and you'll have no shortage of men.”

The top student male lead is surrounded by admirers. Ye Shan, ranked number one, shakes her head. “Second place on the placement test? He's a guy. Not good enough.”

The school bully challenges Ye Shan to a fight, only to get kicked flying. Ye Shan frowns. “That's it? That's it? That's it?”

Everyone: ???

Ye Shan has gone crazy!

3.

As a proper grind-loving overachiever, Ye Shan is not only strict with herself, she also cares about the all-around development of the people around her.

Before long, the students at XX Private High School realize that everything at school has changed!

Ye Shan is now top of her grade! Ye Shan is now the boss of the neighborhood around the school! Ye Shan stole the top student's girl (Male lead: ?)!

The leads and supporting characters of the melodramatic rich-family novel, tears in their eyes, say, “Comrades, it looks like this battle is one we have to study hard to win!”

Under the leadership of Ye Shan, the overachiever, the main cast gradually takes their competition beyond the school, beyond the city, beyond the country, and out into the world!
