I Used Secret Identities to Invent a Savior Organization in Yokohama

[Completed work: What Did the Novelist Do Wrong This Time? Pairing: Boss Dazai]

The System said, “Come be a savior.”

The Red Whisky said, “All right.”

He thought he was playing the part of an immortal lizard in a Cthulhu battle royale.

Who knew it would be a cat-transformation, gender-bending, pregnancy stone?

The president gazed at the black cat in Alice's arms and fell into deep thought: Cats are great. Maybe you should stop being human.

Oda Sakunosuke stared, bewildered, at Miss Haruko clinging to his leg. “Dazai, are you pregnant?”

The gravity user, dressed in an oiran's kimono and standing in twenty-centimeter-tall wooden clogs, grumbled, “Where's my hat?”

In the shadows, the rat covered his mouth, a few bloodstained lilacs blooming in his palm. “Here's to a pleasant partnership.”

In a dreamlike candy house from another world, a terrifying giant insect bared its fangs. On a white whale ten thousand meters above the ground, a game of Werewolf was underway. A clown screamed, and a merchant in a golden mask bowed low in a lavish utopia devoted to the pursuit of pleasure.

“Welcome, my esteemed savior.”

The serious blurb:

A mysterious organization appears out of nowhere, causing a sensation in Yokohama.

A genius girl detective who sees right through the truth links arms with a green-eyed master detective to buy strawberry daifuku.

The roses of the Slum District cultivate brilliant flowers of blood and evil in barren soil.

Beneath the moon, a divine child sits surrounded by cats on a park bench. The president is jealous online.

A golden-haired dollmaker carefully paints the living doll in his arms, speaking to it in a gentle voice.

A child with two personalities and spiral-patterned eyes cowers in the shadows, searching for the next prey.

The boss, Red Whisky, that gentleman: They're just canaries, pet dogs, ragdoll cats, corn snakes, and little hamsters.

1. Mainly Bungo Stray Dogs, no pairings, but ship whoever you like. Reading should be fun! The author likes all kinds of things and loves the entire cast. No secondary pairings. There'll be a little of the author's extreme kinks in the story, along with Detective Conan and Hunter x Hunter.

2. My own take on secret identities. Really my own take: apart from Aluka, all the identities are original characters with their own personalities and histories. Sorry if they're out of character. Happy ending.

3. The System gets a lot of page time in chapters twelve to fourteen. Feel free to skip those if you don't like it. After that, it's mostly quiet, and it barely says anything once the story goes premium.

4. Oda Sakunosuke comes back to life, and the story gives the original characters the closure they deserve. Almost everyone will get their due. Otonashi is gentle and easygoing, not a tool character. Not a tool character! He's the sort who takes things as they come, but he's not a tool character!

The anti-piracy setting is 50%. Thank you for subscribing, lovelies. Kisses all around, I'm virus-free.

Guess How Many Layers Deep I Am as a Mole. Pairing: Jono

A frail blind man and his equally frail, many-layered mole boyfriend. (Guess if I'm Port Mafia, a real liquor, the Rats in the House of the Dead, or the Hunting Dogs. Didn't expect this, did you? I'm one of the Decay of the Angel.)

A sweet little adult romance that begins with love at first sight and stays that way.

Some Bungo Stray Dogs RPG. Pairing: Fyodor. How do you play a dating sim in Yokohama after starting behind bars in Meursault, when the whole place has turned into a terrifying unlimited-flow game?

Recommending my friend's work: Behind-the-Scenes Boss Simulator by Pigeon Flower Tree. Female lead, no pairings. The mastermind never reveals their identity. Welcome, morally gray readers.

Theme: “Saving others is a heavy burden.” “But out of kindness, he willingly shouldered that burden.”
