An Honest Farmer Comes to Yokohama [Stardew Valley]

Stardew Valley is an open-ended rural life and farm management simulation game.

A player chasing the ultimate experience buys a 5090 graphics card, a 420 water cooler, and a 4K monitor, then grabs the game at its limited-time regular price.

Through seven hundred days and nights of hard work, the player farms, fishes, pets chickens, milks cows, and blows up mines.

At last, the player completes the Community Center bundles, spends two hundred hardwood to repair Willy's boat, and sets off for Ginger Island.

The boat sails. Seagulls fly overhead.

The camera pulls back. Five dark buildings stand beneath the moonlight.

The player deftly pulls out the map. It says: "Yokohama."

The hidden map is bigger than Pelican Town, the Desert, and the Quarry combined. There are lots of romanceable characters, and you can give each person gifts more than twice a week. There are many fishing spots, new crops like cherry trees and wasabi, and even giant turnips! The player loves this place.

A lunatic has come to Yokohama.

He fishes whenever he has nothing to do, runs around the Slum with bombs blowing things up, buys 999 servings of spicy curry in Chinatown, forces people to drink his wasabi juice and cabbage juice, rummages through trash cans everywhere, disappears at two in the morning, and gives Mr. Mori a pair of purple polka-dot underwear every single day.

But he spent a thousand gold to hire an ability user named Doctor Harvey to bring Oda Sakunosuke back to full health, even if he forced Oda Sakunosuke and the children to work like slaves on his farm. He summoned a bunch of people in blue work clothes to repair the Slum, though they also built a movie theater there.

After the player gets Dazai, Chuuya, Akutagawa, Atsushi, Kyoka, and Kouyou... up to ten hearts of affection, a special event triggers one day when he enters the Vortex Cafe left foot first.

Dazai: "You gave Chuuya a ruby yesterday?"

That's right. It gives you twenty affection points.

Chuuya: "Didn't you say I was your favorite?"

This old farmer just wants to give everyone a home.

Akutagawa: "So that scarf wasn't only for me?"

Dazai: "Are you going to explain?"

The player remains calm. He's a farmer with plenty of experience dating several people at once!

The player confidently pulls out the Rabbit's Foot that's been sitting in his backpack for a month. Come forth, magical little item that lets me skip the love-triangle drama in a perfectly reasonable way!

After a friendly conversation, Dazai discovers that he has the highest affection score of all.

Player: "No, it's because you keep spawning by the river where I fish, and the crabs you like are cheap and easy to catch in a crab pot."
