As the title says, this is a hunter raising kids, raising three beauties, with a love-triangle showdown.
Humans are such troublesome social creatures.
They crawl everywhere like Chimera Ants, ignore warnings and barge into Acanas's territory, steal from its garden, kill its pets, destroy its home, and when it kills one of them, the others just make more noise.
Acanas doesn't like humans, but its neighbor, Pawa, does.
Pawa keeps lots of humans and is always telling Acanas how wonderful they are, especially their bottomless malice, which is much more interesting than Acanas's gardens and buildings. It says, "You've never even played with humans? Acanas, you've wasted your life."
Acanas was tempted.
Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, no humans had appeared for decades. Pawa was also unwilling to share its treasured humans with Acanas.
So Acanas decided to head to the humans' birthplace, the central archipelago of Lake Mobius, and investigate.
It was going to see just how much fun humans were
*
Acanas decided to imitate Pawa and raise humans.
So it chose a cheerful, sunny little boy with black hair.
He was lively and outgoing, popular with everyone, loved reading, and vowed to start a dubbing club with his friends that would tour the world.
"Acanas, your name means God of Mystery. You must be my guardian spirit, sent from heaven." He was always grinning as he climbed onto Acanas's back, pestering it to tell him stories about its past before bed.
But one day, he came home drenched and said, "In three years, I'm going to kill a lot of people."
"Will you come with me, Acanas?" The black-haired boy buried his head in its embrace. "Please?"
And so Acanas watched him go from battered and bruised to graceful and composed, from an unknown nobody to someone infamous. He grew taller and smiled less, showing his true feelings only when he was with Acanas.
"You'll always belong to me, won't you, Acanas?" His dark eyes were like cotton soaked in thick ink. Malice silently spread out around him like a vast, all-encompassing web as he called again and again, "Acanas, Acanas..."
Humans really are fun, huh?
So Acanas decided to raise a second one.
*
The second child was a boy with a brilliant head of red hair.

Later, Acanas gradually grew dissatisfied with raising just one child and decided to raise a whole family instead.
When a maid in the Zoldyck household realized that the man who showed up at the dinner table every day to chat and laugh with the employers wasn't any member of the Zoldyck family, the eldest child picked up a nail and erased the secret.
Because from the very first time it appeared, Illumi had noticed the secret: it had none of the nails he had given to his family.
1. The protagonist can control time and rules, and raises kids from childhood.
2. This blurb isn't the final version. I'll add to it as I go.
3. Anyway, it ends with a love-triangle showdown involving three beauties.
