Imaeda Chiasa, a crime boss active in the Tokyo area, loves nothing more than admiring the bloody dramas he has orchestrated himself. A martini would make it even better.

Who would have thought the criminal organization he infiltrated would be rooted out, and that the FBI would shoot him through the heart from several thousand meters away while he was fighting the Public Security Bureau?

The next second, Imaeda Chiasa woke up in his own safe house, with just one thought on his mind.

Why did the FBI’s bullet curve?!!

Back seven years in the past, the life-loving crime boss decided to save himself and wrote up a plan overnight.

First, clean up that lousy organization, full of useless moles and traitors. Start by kicking out Rum, who he’s been sick of for ages, then kill the Boss and take his place.

Second, to give his precious life an extra layer of protection, he needs a “lover” from the good guys.

Let false kindness slip out in a careless moment, dress it up in a fragile mask, and gloss it over with the pain of being “forced into it.” Most importantly... save the regrets that the Public Security ace was powerless to prevent.

He will spend seven years earning that person’s sympathy, kindness, gratitude, and even... love.
