The Perfectly Ordinary Alpaca

"A bullfighter never takes off his mask." After secretly snapping a photo of them, the police academy student wearing an alpaca hood successfully escapes Matsuda and Furuya. Tsukioka Michito is an ordinary police academy student. At least, he wishes that were true. On the surface, I'm a well-behaved, sweet-natured student, obedient, shy, and bad at socializing. The most trouble I get into is climbing onto trucks. Behind the scenes, I'm an unrestrained alpaca-riding knight, skilled at climbing walls and taking secret photos. Sometimes I play hero and rescue hostages; sometimes I leap through a window into a fire with one of my classmates in my arms. Then, one day, while walking back to the dorm, Hiromitsu happens upon Tsukioka just leaving a convenience store. Tsukioka has failed to buy yakisoba bread and is standing in a corner, utterly dejected. Hiromitsu: "..." Unable to watch Tsukioka looking so miserable, kindhearted Hiromitsu gives him his own yakisoba bread. When Tsukioka promises to thank him with an interesting gift, Hiromitsu doesn't take the promise seriously. The next day, Hiromitsu receives a photo of Matsuda and Furuya fighting. Hiromitsu: "...So the alpaca-headed police academy student was you?" Hiromitsu's pupils are shaking with shock!!! We always thought you were a poor little thing. We had no idea you were like this, Tsukioka. [Reading Guide] * This story is mostly everyday life, written on a whim. The characters may be OOC (important!) * The timeline is messy, and the police academy group survives. * Primarily set in the Detective Conan world, with a few characters from Bungo Stray Dogs appearing (in a small part of the plot). They are from separate worlds, which have not been merged. Characters from The Prince of Tennis and Mushishi also appear, mainly in cases, but they don't get much page time. This is not a streamer RPF fanfic. Alpaca-kun was inspired by streamer Tuo Xiansheng, but they are not the same person. Cover by: Wo Yao O Pao. Theme: Seek the truth and fight evil!
