[Western Crossover] The Dead May Speak

Late at night, Lin En wakes up in the morgue, feeling full of strength. He has no sense of touch and feels no pain. In the mirror is a dead face, the one that died right in front of him. This must be a world inside a dream. [Then get revenge for me.] [Why not?] "You probably won't believe this," someone sighs softly. "The dead have gotten up to solve a case." Lin En escapes from the autopsy table. Lin En pieces his broken bones together in a filthy ditch. Lin En crawls over bloodstained railroad tracks. Lin En watches this world, and the world watches him. Then the sun rises. He wakes up, wearing hospital pajamas as he wanders through Arkham Asylum. He takes a seat in his favorite chair in the cafeteria. Someone beside him is talking about last night's escape, about the explosion and Batman. They turn to Lin En and ask, "That was quite a weekend. So, what did you do?" "Nothing special," Lin En says with a shrug. "I just had a dream." 1. The male lead is mentally ill. 2.
