Just Spoil Him, Okay?

Shen Yan died, then was reborn.

When he opened his eyes, he was back ten years in the past, as Qin Ci, the neighbor's child.

From then on, he was Qin Ci, and Shen Yan was the childhood friend he would cherish for the rest of his life.

Shen Yan had always been frail, the kind of sickly beauty who might fall over in a breeze. To keep his former self from dying so young, Qin Ci stayed by Shen Yan's side and took care of every little thing without sparing any effort.

He treated him like he was afraid he might break if he held him too tightly, or melt if he kept him in his mouth.

They were inseparable and utterly close. Before long, their friends were always joking that they were a couple.

Only Qin Ci knew that they had been the same person all along.

But Shen Yan didn't know.

Qin Ci was like a dazzling ray of sunshine, bursting into his life without warning.

Shen Yan slapped away the hand wrapped around his waist, his heart pounding wildly.

That's right, he'd fallen for a man. Without even realizing it, his dear childhood friend Qin Ci had turned him gay!

Everything in his life had come to revolve around Qin Ci. There was no room in his eyes for anyone else. Unfortunately, Qin Ci was a dyed-in-the-wool straight guy, and even a little homophobic.

Afraid Qin Ci would hate him, Shen Yan began pretending to like someone else so Qin Ci wouldn't catch on.

His precious childhood friend, whom he'd treasured above all, had fallen for someone!

Jealousy instantly drowned out Qin Ci's reason. He didn't care whether he and Shen Yan were the same person. All he knew was that he was about to die of jealousy!

In the dim room, his eyes red, he pinned Shen Yan in a corner and rasped, “I've spoiled you rotten. Now you'll fall for just anyone.

“I forgot to tell you: you're mine. You can't like anyone else.”

He bit Shen Yan hard on the lips. Then Shen Yan heard Qin Ci's voice, fierce yet wounded: “So don't even think about leaving me... I couldn't bear it.”

After a long pause, Shen Yan asked with trembling lips, “What would happen if you couldn't bear it?”

“I'd die.”
