Why Is My Belly So Big?

Xiao Se transmigrated into a book and became the young prince the current emperor had left behind. Returning to the palace meant inheriting the throne.

But being emperor wasn't easy. He'd have to serve as a puppet for the Regent for three years, then be forced to write an abdication edict before he "died" of illness.

.

Xiao Se refused. On the way back to the palace, he fled in the dead of night, and while escaping, he also rescued an amnesiac beauty who was sickly and frail.

.

The beauty had been poisoned. By a twist of fate, the two spent a night of passion together.

Later, the beauty recovered his memories and dragged Xiao Se back to the palace without a hint of mercy. Only then did Xiao Se learn that the scumbag who'd bedded him for a day and a night and had no intention of taking responsibility was the Regent, Xie Changyu!

.

As time passed, Xiao Se's belly grew bigger by the day, while Xie Changyu's expression grew darker by the day.

.

With bloodshot eyes, Xie Changyu demanded, "Tell me, who is that man?!"

Xiao Se: "..." So the bastard Regent had forgotten that he'd slept with him?

Xiao Se patted his belly. "What will you do when you find him?"

Xie Changyu enunciated each word: "I'll chop him up and feed him to the dogs!"
