[Journey to the West] Do Demons Have to Farm to Survive?

[Welcome to the Three Realms Survival Game.] [The world you have been assigned to is: Journey to the West] Jin Zhan: ...? Jin Zhan inexplicably transmigrates into the world of Journey to the West, becoming the Golden-Winged Great Peng and binding himself to a [Three Realms Survival System]. The System's missions are tied to the Journey to the West. As long as he helps Sun Wukong, he can earn spirit seeds and spirit farmland. And so, strange things begin happening across the Three Realms. The Golden-Winged Great Peng, who should have soared through the heavens and fed on dragons, starts clearing land at Lion Camel Ridge, beneath Spirit Mountain. While other demons fight over territory, he hauls stones to build fences, digs the soil and sows seeds, then squats on the field ridge to pull weeds. While other demon kings compare cultivation levels when they meet, he enthusiastically hawks his freshly harvested spirit carrots. What he never expected was that, one after another, immortals and demons from across the Three Realms would find their way to his little farm. The first to drop by is Great Sage Equal to Heaven Sun Wukong. By taking on the System's missions time and again, Jin Zhan keeps crossing paths with the pilgrimage group. Before long, Great Sage Sun Wukong is always making trips to his farm. Sometimes, after defeating a demon, he stops by for a bite of fresh spirit vegetables. Other times, with nothing better to do, he brings his Golden Cudgel to chase off mountain spirits stealing Jin Zhan's crops. Jin Zhan only wanted to survive. Without realizing it, he and Sun Wukong end up protecting a little piece of pastoral life that belongs to them amid the great currents of the Three Realms. .
