Something Seems Off About the Organizations

After Hanyu Changkong died unexpectedly, the world's consciousness took him to another world to complete missions. World's consciousness: "Look at the people in those other worlds. Most of them have painful pasts they can't forget. Their paths are difficult and full of hardship, and they end up battered and bruised after every major battle. Now they've finally started asking for help..." Changkong rolled up his sleeves. "Got it. I'll toss out their death flags and become everyone's life coach. I'll get the job done!" World's consciousness: "No, it's their organizations that are calling for help." Changkong: "???" Changkong took out his notebook and began making the rounds. "Who's the biggest headache for you, but someone you can't give up on?" The Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia answered in unison: "Dazai Osamu." The two organizations exchanged a look and started fighting. Changkong: "How are you feeling today, Jujutsu higher-ups?" Jujutsu higher-ups: "Can't you see all those people talking about wiping out this rotten orange of a me?!!!" Changkong: "What do you hate most?" The Winery: "Japanese Public Security spies, FBI spies, CIA spies..." Police Department: "Then your organization will be empty. Try turning your only decent person into a spy too, and you can disband outright." Changkong: "Take it easy! Stop fighting already!" Hanyu Changkong thought that to help these organizations, he needed to build them up better. As he diligently worked on infrastructure, cleaned windows, and made money, the Winery came up to him. "What are you doing? We gave you access to the organization. Why don't you use it?" From then on, different figures began appearing before members of these organizations. They belonged to different factions, yet all obeyed the nameless power broker behind the scenes. They could control the fate of every organization, yet constantly fought among themselves. Changkong: "Thanks for asking. Today I'm once again acting out the scenes where I kill myself and save myself. You all carry on. I still have to help the Jujutsu higher-ups stay alive." Secret-identity story where no one discovers the disguises. Mainly a crossover between anime worlds, perhaps with a chaotic Marvel crossover side plot too. Theme: Work hard to fulfill our wishes and build a better future
