My Childhood Friend and the Light

Yan Mo is a top player in Game for Peace and the captain of the elite professional team SF. He's cold and indifferent, and cares about nothing but the game.

His teammates all thought he was a cold-hearted machine who could never fall for anyone, until one day their usually aloof captain, who only ever made them practice mercilessly, ordered them all to create new Bronze accounts, just so he could help a girl?

"Yan Mo, how do I look around?"

"Yan Mo, where do I see footsteps?"

"Yan Mo, someone's shooting at me!"

Listen to that sweet, soft voice. It's obviously a cute girl on the other end.

The surprising thing is that their taciturn captain patiently explains everything to her:

"Use your left thumb to move in the direction you want to go."

"There's a minimap in the upper-right corner. Footsteps show up as orange footprints."

"Don't be scared. It's a bot. It's already dead."

They win the match with a chicken dinner. Looking at the results on the screen, they see that they have zero eliminations while the sweet, cute girl has fifteen.

So they were just there to attract the bots for her?
