Little Dragon Ancestor: Father is so childish. He's always demanding kisses and hugs and to be picked up, and he loves to cry. Then I have to comfort him.

What else can I do? Just indulge him! I feel like he's even younger than me mentally.

But what can you do? He's my birth father, after all.

Father and his little brother are always bullied by Uncle and Grandfather. I even have to help Father get back at them.

Sigh, without me, this family would fall apart!

Back in 2023, I wrote an extra chapter for my Qin-dynasty found-family story about the Dragon Ancestor raising a little Er Feng. Readers really loved the idea, so I kept wanting to write a full story about it, but I was too busy to get started. Last year, I saw several similar stories and decided to let it go.

But then it suddenly occurred to me that the Dragon Ancestor's childhood was what most needed to be made up for. So at the start of this year I thought about writing a story where Er Feng raises the Dragon Ancestor, but I had so many other ideas I wanted to write that I kept putting it off until now.

This time around, the little Dragon Ancestor will have loving parents, plenty of love, and lots of friends. But he'll also have to face all sorts of problems in the Li family.
