You Have So Many Cats [GB]

[Complete, final pairing is Dazai. Written during an awful bout of writer's block, so it's just okay. Read at your own risk.]

[Looking for favorites for my GB spin-off prequel, The Hiroguchi Family's Dinner Today~]

You're the owner of a cat shelter, and you love animals. You've adopted lots of stray cats, each with their own personality, and you adore every one of them.

There's a black cat who refuses to take off its bandages even after its wounds have healed. The big orange cat you picked up at the same time is always fighting with it.

There's also a Garfield cat with perfectly good legs that constantly trips over nothing. The Siamese cat who's become its underling always comes running over anxiously when it does.

Every now and then, the leopard cat, the imperious big brother, sits leisurely watching all its underlings scamper around your shop.

Your shop is often bustling. Sometimes it gets messy, but you're happy with your life, and the cats trust you very much. When they're not making a mess, they bury you in their fluffy fur, making you feel so blissfully content you could float away.

But the cats keep multiplying, and it's starting to trouble you. No matter who comes by to adopt one, the cats refuse to leave. They meow at you with all their might, leaving you torn between frustration and happiness.

Then one day, you bring home a particularly beautiful Maine Coon. It has soft, lovely white fur, and its jewel-like eyes make your heart race.

The moment it enters the shop, all the cats turn to look at it, hostility in their eyes.

After that, the cats are all willing to leave with their respective adopters. You're happy, but you have no idea what kind of situation lies ahead.

[Please read before starting!]

* This is a GB story with a female lead and second-person narration, with normal anatomy (yes, the female lead is the top! The female lead is the top! If it's really not your thing, please don't force yourself. Thank you. orz)

* The female lead has no name. Except for the [ ] at the beginning, she is referred to as "you," so you can insert yourself into the story.

* The final pairing depends on your choices. Not all the cats are romance options; only some are included in the choices.

* At first, they're all cats. They start turning into people after they leave with their adopters, and the romance begins after that (I can't exactly have you date a cat).

* The blurb makes it sound like a dramatic love polygon, but it's my first time writing one, so it doesn't get dramatic at all.

Spin-off prequel: The Hiroguchi Family's Dinner Today [GB]. Please add it to your library.

Natsuhara Anri has what could be called the perfect boyfriend.

They've known each other since childhood and grew up together. In her eyes, her boyfriend Hiroguchi is handsome, gentle, considerate, upright, and reliable. He accepts and respects her, takes care of her in every way, and is also very innocent and adorable. One kiss is enough to make him blush for half the day.

And he's an amazing cook. She craves his food so much that she drools in her sleep every night.

Natsuhara Anri: If only Rei didn't come over to mooch meals every day and interrupt our time alone together.

Later, her boyfriend starts attending the police academy, and the number of people coming over to mooch meals goes up by one, then two, then three... Natsuhara Anri feels like the day she and Hiroguchi will get to spend some extended time alone together at home is far off indeed.

Then one day, she happens to hear Hiroguchi on the phone with Rei.

"Zero, Anri doesn't seem to like the new dish I tried today. She didn't look too happy. I'll keep working on it and have everyone come over to taste-test it again."

Natsuhara Anri: I'm not unhappy! I'm so happy!

Food is great, but Hiroguchi is even better!

*

She's happy. Happy that they met so early, happy that she claimed him for herself so early, and happy that she could offer him all the sincere, passionate love in her heart.

Come enjoy The Hiroguchi Family's Dinner Today!
